Driver Profile Spotlight

 

Here I will post information of our drivers. First up Eric Albano aka Minimod.

 

Eric "Minimod" Albano

 

Hometown: Santa Rosa, California

Local Tacks: Norcal Hobbies

High School: Piner High School

 

Minimod has been racing since he was 5 and is now 15 years old. He races everything from Touring Car to 1/8 th scale buggy. In 09 he qualified 6 th at the Reedy Race of Champions in Speedworld (13.5 division). This kid is super fast and has been showing it on the track. This year he’s hoping to attend the ROAR Asphalt Nats held at Norcal Hobbies, Reedy Race, and the IIC. Along with the help of his Dad/mechanic Joe Albano, Minimod will surly be a threat in any class he enters.

 

Aside from racing he enjoys video games (what kid doesn’t these days. LOL) and snow boarding. He’s also become a talented painter!
